 I have shopped with Roast and Post for over 15 years and the service is always excellent. The coffee arrives when they say, and even on one occasion when the courier had problems, they resolved it immediately. I have the highest praise for their service and only wish that more suppliers would be as courteous and thorough as the Roast and Post Company.

 I have been a customer of Roast and Post for many years. The coffee selection is very good, I’ve never counted the number of varieties they have, but it is a great variety. The service is also very good, with delivery the day after the coffee is roasted to order.

 They offer a great range of cafetiere and espresso coffees. They can supply ground or as beans - I much prefer beans as they stay fresh much longer. Delivery is prompt and I love the aroma when I open the package!

 I love this place! I stumbled across it on google and took a chance, as I was tired of being let down by small regional roasters who are enthusiastic but unreliable. Roast and Post roasts the beans to order, so it’s incredibly fresh, and it arrives two days after I order it. Like clockwork. Always perfect, always fresh. I’m a fan for life.

 I have been a customer for years, really nice coffee, and a huge selection. They don’t roast your coffee beans until they get your order, then they se by overnight courier. You couldn’t get fresher than that unless you buy green beans and roast it yourself. Full marks for customer service.

 Very fast delivery, efficient and clear Web site, but above all appreciated excellent choice of coffees and unusually wide range of decaf. Found the site when googling to track down a fine Honduras coffee I’d bought once elsewhere; the Honduras Capucas is twice the price of some of their other coffees, but is well worth it, really distinctive and top quality. Delighted to see so many decaf varieties including high-roast ones ; this time, got a high-roast Colombian decaf which seems to me to lose nothing on fragrance or taste compared with non-decaf. Also, clearly very good and careful customer service ; the delivery man was initially a bit confused or didn’t read the address properly, and reported a problem. Roast and Post were straight on the phone to me to check up that all was well – and it was, anyway. Wide variety of prices and types of coffee ; about to order more any minute now. Highly recommended.

The coffee is second to none, all through covid they worked to keep us supplied. The loose tea is also of an amazing quality, so much so I never even have milk now as it ruins it – I just cannot believe how this fresh loose tea makes even the best bag tea taste like floor sweepings! The lady I spoke with could not have been better of more professional. Before offering advice, she asked which machine I owned, my tastes in coffee and any other information needed to offer the best advice ever. She was able to identify the beans that would best suit my taste and she wasn’t wrong. I now buy coffee from them alone on a fairly regular basis. I discovered Roast and Post a few years ago following three orders from my old supplier that were distinctly “Burnt , they refused to replace the coffee or acknowledge the problem, so I found Roast and Post and have had excellent service since, and excellent coffees in that few years. The coffee comes in superb Branded Packaging & a nice box (If you buy several bags) that builds your anticipation up for the superb contents inside. This is the home of real Coffee, for real Coffee enthusiasts! And may I also add Teas too! I’ve tried many regional coffees and blends, I tend to rotate around them all – so its very hard to pick favourites, I’m currently really enjoying their ROAST & POST RICCO DI NOCCI BLEND, its just simply perfection! Taking a sip, is akin to slipping your hand into a silk glove! Finally, I just cannot recommend them highly enough!

Excellent company. Ordered the coffee beans, and was happy to be told that the beans would be roasted the following day and despatched so would get them in 2 days. Surprised to get email to say that the beans were being roasted same day as order so would get them the following day – and guess what they arrived as promised next day. The basic offer of 2 day delivery was good enough for me, but to get them next day was areal bonus. Can’t say it would happen every time but I was impressed. Oh by he way the coffee is great! I made two separate gift orders, one for my son’s 30th birthday and the other for my other son qualifying as a solicitor.
