Old Brown Java
Accidentally 'invented' when this Javanese coffee was used as ballast in trading cutters on their way to the New World. The coffee matured with the bean changing colour from a light green to pale brown. This results in the loss of some acidity and an enhanced, heavy body and sweetness. This coffee is left for two years to mature these days. More Details >

Origin Coffees are coffees that are sourced directly from a single estate or farm, from one country. Every Origin Coffee has its own signature note - for example Indonesian coffee is known for its smooth and heavy liquor. Kenyan and most African coffees are thinner in texture, with a fruity and drier aftertaste. Central American coffees are very often used as the base coffees in most Blends, as they are extremely smooth and rounded in flavour.
