Yemeni Matari
The great grandfather of all coffees, still grown on arid mountainsides as it was in 600 AD. A natural sun dried coffee which has a dry note to the overall flavour. Generally, Yemeni coffee is known for its rich winey tones and the strong, lingering chocolatey aftertaste. Its heavy body, little acidity and beautiful bouquet rates it as the Bordeaux of the coffee world. More Details >

Kopi Luak
The rarest of all coffees! Only about 500Kg are collected each year. In Vietnam the ripe coffee cherries are eaten by the palm civit cat, and are partially fermented during their course through the cat. An intense but delivate flavour, with heavy aftertaste. More Details >
