Turkish Coffee is a style of coffee production using extremely finely ground Brazilian coffee beans, roasted to a medium colour. This produces a pungent acidic coffee to which is added cardomam and sugar. Boiling the brew until it reaches and thickens produces a very heavy tasting liquor. This style of coffee drinking is traditional through all middle eastern countries.
