Ingredients

16 fl oz very hot coffee1 tbspn grated orange peel
1 tbspn sugar4 glasses Cognac
Whipped cream

Mix the coffee with sugar, grated orange peel and the Cognac. Pour into glasses and top with a dap of whipped cream and a slice of orange peel.
