Peanut Coffee Frenzy

Makes 2 glasses

Ingredients

ice cubes2 measures coffee liqueur
3 measures cold milk1 tsp peanut butter
lemonadevanilla ice cream

Put about 5-6 cubes of ice in a cocktail shaker, add the coffee liqueur, cold milk and two tablespoons of vanilla ice cream and a teaspoon of peanut butter. Shake the mixture and the ice cubes will hopefully break up the peanut butter to leave you with a smooth, creamy texture.

Pour into 2 glasses so they are half full and add the lemonade on top.
