Apple coffee cake

350°F
Ingredients
| 2 cups unsifted flour | 1 ½ cups sugar |
| 2 tspn cinnamon | 2 tspn baking soda |
| 1 tspn salt | ½ cup oil |
| 2 eggs, beaten | ¼ cup dark brewed coffee |
| 1 ½ tspn vanilla | 2 ½ cups sliced, peeled apples |
| 1 cup chopped nuts |
Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir in wet ingredients and blend. Then stir in apples and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 9 inch tube ppan. Bake for 1 hour - or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes, remove, serve warm.
