We have developed a dedicated range of coffees that we believe offer the best in espresso coffees. The range below contains coffees specifically developed for espresso, as well as coffees specially selected from our main range that make delicious espresso coffee when roasted darker.

We have deliberately placed these coffees in order of strength starting with the mildest espresso first and finishing with the punchiest, darkest espresso in our range. This way you can work through the coffees to find your preferred level of strength.

We have even included decaffeinated, Organic and Fairtrade espresso to provide you with one of the most comprehensive espresso coffee ranges that can be found anywhere.

0.1% of the caffeine, 99.9% of the taste. A good 'all-round' coffee with a mellow taste. Less bite, but still a superb tasting coffee. Darker roasted for a stronger punchy flavour with extra bite.

Monsoon Malabar - Dark Roasted

Monsooned coffee is directly exposed to the monsoon winds in open warehouses, this increases the body and reduces the acidity. Picked in the Malabar region of India, this coffee is excellent as an espresso coffee when dark roasted, offering a sweetness to the brew. Darker roasted for a stronger punchy flavour with extra bite.

Sumatra Blue Ling Tong Organic Dark Roasted

The green coffee bean of his beautiful rich coffee has a blueish tinge which gives the coffee its name. Grown near Lake Toba in the north of Sumatra, the coffee is noted for its smooth heavy texture, soft with mild acidity. Its rich character makes it very suitable for adding milk as it retains its excellent flavour. Darker roasted for a stronger punchy flavour with extra bite. Soil Association certified. This coffee is also registered with the Fairtrade Organisation.

Costa Rica Fairtrade - Dark Roasted

An all round balanced coffee, mellow with a slight acidity, specially purchased through the Fair Trade Organisation. Fine quality coffee. Darker roasted for a stronger punchy flavour with extra bite.

A very punchy espresso and one of our strongest based on dark roasted Costa Rica. This coffee has a firm, smooth strength. To boost its strength we have added a small proportion of Continental Blend. This is a very pungent espresso coffee without the bitterness sometimes found in darker roasts.
