A medium roast coffee, which blends Djimma from the Sidamo region of Ethiopia with Mysore from the Western Ghats region of India. This gives a mild, fruity flavour, very suitable for all day drinking. Stays well on a filter machine without becoming bitter.

Turkish Coffee is a style of coffee production using extremely finely ground Brazilian coffee beans, roasted to a medium colour. This produces a pungent acidic coffee to which is added cardomam and sugar. Boiling the brew until it reaches and thickens produces a very heavy tasting liquor. This style of coffee drinking is traditional through all middle eastern countries.

This is a Colombian-based blend, incorporating Mysore and Java to give a rich, smooth, full-bodied blend which is aromatic, with a hint of spice.

A blend of Colombian, Brazilian Santos and Mocha Djimma, creating a smooth, full-bodied coffee which is dry, with a hint of wine. An excellent blend for all day drinking, which can stand for longer periods in a jug filter whilst still retaining its flavour.

Containing seven different origins, we consider this coffee to be extremely well balanced. While designed for espresso, it is also very good prepared by the filter method for a strong cup.

A quality blend of Kenya, Costa Rica and Colombian coffees. Each has an excellent quality to enable it to stand on its own merits, but when blended produce a smooth tasting brew with slight acidity from the Kenya and a lot of body from the Costa Rica and Colombian. This coffee is medium roasted so is ideal as a breakfast or mild “all day” coffee.
